Q. I didn't receive the OTP email.
A. Check your spam folder and request again. OTP requests have a default 60-second cooldown.
Q. Measurement keeps failing.
A. Check lighting, image quality, pose, and background. Try again with a clear full-body photo.
Q. I paid, but my ticket wasn't added.
A. Payment webhook processing can be delayed. Contact support with your order identifier.
Q. Shared link doesn't open.
A. The share token may be expired (default: 72 hours) or the link is invalid. Create a new link.
